This is a long winded TOS, I apologise for the amount of reading, but if you have any questions you can always ask me, I might make exceptions on things!Will not draw (no exceptions!)

ABOUT TOS COMPLIANCE

• By sending payment or accepting the invoice you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and complying with the terms and conditions laid out by PayPal.• Terms of Service are subject to change without notice, by accepting the invoice you are agreeing to the current and future terms of service updates. Updates to TOS will be broadcast publicly by bulletin at time of change, and if you need to have discussion with me about the changes, please feel free to contact me at any time.

GENERAL INFO

• Payments must be made in USD by invoice or sent by goods n services. I do not accept friends and family payments. Work will only commence upon payment made in full.
• If a split payment is required, it can be discussed but no work will be done until a full payment is made.
• No shipping is provided for digital commissions, products or items as there is no physical items to be shipped to the buyer. By sending payment or accepting the invoice, you agree to this.
• Files will be given in .png through stash, discord by default or email at your request. Once the .png is sent, the transaction is completed and you understand that you must download and store your product safely as I am not liable for missing images. I do occasionally clear my stash so remember to save things.
• Commissions turn around time is dependent on my queue. Usually 1 month is all that's required, but may be up longer depending on queue length. I can give you an ETA upon request. You may contact me at any time to inquire of the status of your order, I don't mind at all.
• Rush orders are possible, but will incur a charge depending on the type of commission it is.
• I can give .sai files to you upon request but understand that they will not be neat or organised, and sometimes is only 1-2 layers.
• If you want a WIP, you must ask for it unless I've mentioned or shared a wip with you. I usually "wing-it" and complete the piece in one sitting, so WIPS are by request.Private Commissions
• By commissioning me you accept that the art may be streamed on twitch.
• If you want to keep it private, please just tell me and I'll complete your order off stream

About NFTs, Crypto and AI Related

• Under no circumstances are my works to be used as NFT or translated to crypto currency.
• Under no circumstances are my works to be used to feed into or teach an AI.
• You may not modify my works using AI.
• I do not give consent for any art I've created now or under previous or future handles to be used for AI, NFTs or Cyrptocurrency in any way shape or form.

Artist & Commissioner Copyright and Responsibility

• Credits for my art must be given when posting it. Any of my socials can be used
• As the artist I retain all rights to the art I create, it may be used in advertisement for future art related commissions or offers.
• As the artist I agree that all art I create will not be used to create merchandise or sold. I will not sell art I create for you to anyone.
• As the buyer you may not distribute my art for profit (example: on merchandise like tshirts or stickers) without prior agreement. You must ask about this specifically if you wish to make merch from my art.
• As the buyer you may display the art I create for you on personal pages, use them on streams or other various websites.
• As the buyer you may print limited, personal amount of my art onto merchandise that you will not sell.
• As the buyer you must save and store your products safely, in the event that you lose them, there is no guarantee I will have them. (But feel free to dm me about it, I might just have them)
• As the buyer if you wish to sell my art as merchandise or use it to make money, we must have a prior agreement, which may or may not include some kind of commercial fee
• Flat fee of $20 for commercial rights per product. I may bundle large amounts of art for that price, just ask.
